Subsidiaries that are controlled by Orange Polska, directly or indirectly, are fully consolidated. Control is deemed to exist when Orange Polska or its subsidiary is exposed, or has rights, to variable returns from the involvement with the investee and has the ability to affect those returns through its power over the investee. In order to have control over an investee, all the following criteria must be met: Subsidiaries are consolidated from the date on which control is obtained by the Group and cease to be consolidated from the date on which the Group loses control over the subsidiary. Intercompany transactions and balances are eliminated on consolidation.
