Additionally, the President of OPL S.A.’s Management Board is employed by Orange Global International Mobility S.A., a subsidiary of Orange S.A., and delegated to Orange Polska. The amounts incurred by the Orange Polska Group for the reimbursement of key management personnel costs from the Orange Group are presented separately in the table below. Additionally, Section 9.3 of the Management Board’s Report on the Activity of the Orange Polska Group and Orange Polska S.A. for the year ended 31 December 2020 includes the Remuneration Report, where more details on Management Board and Supervisory Board compensation can be found.
