We believe that diversity in the boardroom is good for business. We therefore seek to ensure that our Supervisory and Executive Boards are diverse in terms of age, gender, education and professional experience. Because they come from different backgrounds and have a variety of knowledge and skills, they can look at the management of the company and its effective operation in its markets from different perspectives.
As part of our diversity management policy, we aim to ensure that at least 30% of the members of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board are women.
